Causes of formation:

Preventive measures:

1. The steel piercing method must be in accordance with the normal piercing method, one or two groups of piercing method. 2. Pull off the larger and looser side until it is as flat as the other side or less than 1-5 laps. 3. The distance between the steel buckle and the knitting needle is generally the distance between the steel buckle and the knitting needle. 4. According to the needs of the ribbon, it should be divided into upper and lower layers, or between upper and lower layers, or between left and right layers. Causes of formation:

1. The steel yarn is not uniform. There are too many yarns on both sides and too few yarns in the middle. 2. Too large steel buckle and too tight weft tension. 3. The winding is uneven, the tension on both sides is tight, and the tension in the middle is too loose. 4. The yarn connection method is not right and the balance pressure is not good.

Preventive measures:

1. Choose standard steel buckles and wear them in groups 1 or 2. 2. Select steel buckles to wear according to the width of the ribbon. 3. Change the yarns in the middle and on both sides, or pull down the looser yarns in the middle. 4. According to the method of ribbon weaving, it needs to be connected. The balance drop is averaged according to the number of bars.

3. Poor needle edge

Causes of formation:

1. The uneven weft fineness: 2. The knitting needle is wrong, too long or too short. 3. The tray head is abnormal, sometimes tight and sometimes loose. 4. The weft wheel is not round enough and has been deformed. 5. Wear of knitting needle.

Preventive measures:

1. Change another weft. 2. Knitting needle is based on the length of the ribbon. Generally speaking, the length of the knitting needle is just enough to return the weft. 3. Fix the two sides of the plate head firmly. Do not let the plate head rest on the two sides of the iron frame. 4. Replace the new weft wheel 5, change the fixing rod, or go to the processing.

IV. Hairing

Preventive measures:

1. The needle plate has been damaged for a long time. Change the new needle board; the knitting needle has been damaged and the new knitting needle has been changed; the pressing plate is too tight to relax the pressing plate; the weft yarn is not finished, the distance between the weft knitting and the knitting needle is adjusted so that the weft yarn can be hung up.

2. Hang the steel buckle of the weft yarn and put the weft yarn into the weft-passing rod; the steel buckle is damaged and another steel buckle is replaced; if the raw material itself is hairy, replace the hairing, if too much hairing, and make a full inspection belt after finishing the goods.

3. The weft needle is damaged by changing one piece or punching with gauze; the steel buckle is damaged by punching with gauze or changing another steel buckle; the brown filament is damaged or the stop piece is damaged and replaced.

V. Size

Causes of formation:

1. The uneven thickness of raw materials makes the ribbon big or small. 2. The steel buckle is too big or too little to make the ribbon size.

Preventive measures:
